HOME-ARP Allocation Plan Community Survey - Closes January 13, 2023

ACCGov is developing a HOME-ARP Allocation Plan, which outlines how the county plans to spend its HOME American Rescue Plan ("HOME-ARP") funds. This survey is designed for individuals and families who would be eligible to receive support through future programs funded with HOME-ARP dollars, which include:

1. Individuals experiencing homelessness
2. Individuals at risk of homelessness
3. Persons fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking
4. Other (as defined by HUD) - includes individuals and households who do not qualify under any of the qualifying populations above but where supportive services would prevent homelessness or serve those at greatest risk of housing instability.

This survey is designed for organizations working across the community on the current service and housing needs of individuals who meet the criteria of the four HOME-ARP qualifying populations (described above).
