The Athens-Clarke County Planning Department would like to invite you to a public meeting to learn more about the ongoing Infill Housing Study. At this meeting, Planning Staff will present the analysis, findings, and recommendations for this phase of the Infill Housing Study. Following the presentation, there will be a panel discussion regarding the recommendations with local designers and contractors that have experience in constructing infill housing in Athens-Clarke County. Input received during the meeting will be used to refine the study recommendations prior to the next public review of the study with the Athens-Clarke County Planning Commission.
The meeting will be held in the Heritage Hall within the Clarke County School District’s H.T. Edwards Building, located at 440 Dearing Extension. This building is a portion of the renovated former Burney-Harris-Lyons Middle School.
For updates on the development of this study, please call the Planning Department at 706-613-3515, and check the Athens-Clarke County main calendar for upcoming meeting dates and times.
