Request:  Modify the existing double French style doors from the rear porch into a former addition. The applicant proposes a sliding glass door with a powder coated, matte trim to match the deck and fence.

2. 351 EAST BROAD STREET – STOREFRONT REMODEL


Request:  Amend the front façade from a 1994/1995 renovation to create floor-to-ceiling glass panes that can open up the entire right side of the first floor façade.
