The next release of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) funds is in the near future. The UGA Small Business Development Center and the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce have scheduled several upcoming webinars during Jan. 5-7 to help area businesses.

• Wed., Jan. 6 -  2:00 PM - UGA SBDC webinar on PPP
• Wed., Jan. 6 - 3:00 PM - Chamber of Commerce / Athens Convention and Visitors Bureau / Athens Downtown Development Authority webinar on PPP with specific focus on event venue relief and extra relief for the hospitality business sector led by Kevin Lang (Fortson, Bentley and Griffin)
• Thurs., Jan. 7 - 10:00 AM - UGA SBDC webinar on PPP
• Thurs., Jan. 7 - 3:00 PM - Chamber of Commerce webinar on PPP with specific focus on the loan forgiveness aspect of both PPP authorizations led by Chad Brown (The Tax Shelter)
