A staff conference will be held by the Athens-Clarke County Planning Department on Thursday, May 28, 2020 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in the Planning Auditorium at 120 W. Dougherty Street, Athens, Georgia to consider the following preliminary subdivision plat(s):
 
Summerville, Phase II
Located at 260 Westpark Drive

Zoned: C-N, PD (Commercial-Neighborhood, Planned Development)
Representative: DuSouth Surveying and Engineering, Inc.
Purpose: To review a preliminary subdivision plat
 
Tallassee Manor

Purpose: To review a preliminary subdivision plat
 
This conference is open to the public with an opportunity for comment.  The submitted preliminary subdivision plats for the above listed properties and the Athens-Clarke County Tax Maps will be made available to the public upon request prior to the scheduled conference, and will also be on display during the conference.  Those wanting to submit written comment prior to the meeting, or in lieu of attending, may do so before close of business on Wednesday, May 27, 2020.  Requests for information, submission of comments, and general questions can be directed by mail to the office of the Athens-Clarke County Planning Department located at 120 W.
