Public Notice: Dates & Times for Processing Absentee Ballots for Dec. 1 State & Local General Runoff

Pursuant to the State Election Board Emergency Rule 183-1-14-0.7-.15, Processing Absentee Ballots Prior to Election Day, this notice is to inform the residents of Athens-Clarke County that the Athens-Clarke County Board of Elections will begin processing the Absentee Ballots cast in the December 1, 2020 District Attorney Runoff.  

Dates and times for processing are:  

DATETIME
Wednesday, November 2510:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Monday, November 3010:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday, December 112:00 PM (Noon) - Completion

2555 Lexington Road; Athens, GA 30605  

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 21-2-386(a)(3), the Athens-Clarke County Board of Elections wish to inform the residents of Athens-Clarke County that Vote Review Panel will assemble starting at noon until 4:00 PM on Monday, November 30 and Tuesday, December 1, from 2:00 PM until completion. 

Tabulation and adjudication of any rejected ballots will take place at the Athens-Clarke County Facilities Building located at 2555 Lexington Road in Athens-Clarke County.
