On June 26, 2019, at 11:15 pm, ACCPD officers responded to a Home Invasion at an apartment complex at 595 Macon Highway. Communications Officers provided officers a description of three suspects. After searching the area, two adult suspects and one juvenile were arrested.
Kendall Josey (29), Donte Tate (18), and a 15-year-old juvenile were charged with
Home Invasion, Armed Robbery, and Aggravated Assault. The adults were
transported to the Athens-Clarke County Jail and the juvenile was transported to
the Gainesville Regional Youth Detention Center.
