The Athens-Clarke County Planning Department has released a draft of the 2023 Comprehensive Plan for Athens-Clarke County for public review and comment.  The public is invited to review the attached plan document.

Planning Staff will be present at this session to provide information regarding the plan document and process, and to answer questions.  Comments will be received during this session, and public comment can also be submitted by emailing the Planning Department at planning@accgov.com, and using “2023 Comprehensive Plan” in the subject line.   

A paper copy of the 2023 Comprehensive Plan draft is available for review in the offices of the Athens-Clarke County Planning Department, 120 W. Dougherty Street.  For more information, please contact the Planning Department at 706-613-3515 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
