Extended Office Hours - The busiest time for the Athens-Clarke County Water Business Office (WBO) is when college students are moving in and out of their housing in July & August. The WBO makes over 15,000 customer contacts during this time. To better serve our customers, the WBO will open for two Saturdays during the “rush”.
