Public Comment Sign Up - Mayor & Commission Special Called Session - August 10, 2021
Sign up for public comment during Mayor & Commission meetings. The sign up form will be available when the meeting agenda is posted.
Residents registered to speak during public comment will receive a link to join the Webex meeting or a phone call prior to the meeting in order to provide audio-only public input.
Residents will be unmuted at the appropriate time in the meeting to provide up to 3 minutes of input, but can listen to or watch the rest of the meeting.
A maximum of 20 residents can provide comments for Agenda Items (non-zoning) and a maximum of 10 residents can provide comments for Items Not on the Agenda (during Regular Session meetings only).
When available for public comment, zoning public hearing items and some other public hearings have different requirements due to state law and public hearing requirements. Online registration for zoning public hearings is only for the 3-minute sessions; longer comment opportunities for zoning public hearing items have different instructions (see www.accgov.com/publicinput for details).
Online registration opportunities end when all available slots are filled or at noon on the day of the meeting.
