The Ripple Effect Film Project offers a simple rubric to assess films for content, organization, originality, production quality, and more. The rubric provides young filmmakers, teachers, and parents with a valuable evaluation tool to develop the essential elements of quality filmmaking.  

Submissions must meet the given criteria for consideration for the finalist round. Finalists' films move to the judging round and are shown on the big screen during the Blue Carpet Premiere.
