This class will cover basic metalsmithing and jewelry techniques including cutting out pieces of metal, putting on texture, riveting, basic soldering skills, basic forming techniques, and setting a cabochon stone. 3 finished pieces minimum. Basic materials, metal (copper and brass) and tools are supplied; an optional materials list will be available.
PLEASE NOTE: This class can be taken by intermediate level students as well, who can do an independent study with the instructor.
