These PDFs are available for classrooms participating in the Little Lily Pad Hop Project. They are intended to serve as a supplement by the teacher hosting Little Lily in the event additional copies of materials are needed. Parent Questionnaire: Pre-questionnaire to send to parents before Little Lily begins. Any classroom with a 50% response rate puts the teacher into a drawing for a great prize basket!
Parent Letter to Introduce Little Lily: A sample letter to send to families explaining the Little Lily Pad Hop Project. This can be used as is or you can adapt it to work for your classroom.
Water Adventure Sheet for Water Log: Include this sheet in the Water Log with each student to take home. Sheet includes instructions for Little Lily's visit.
Little Lily Family Letter for Weekend Visit: Include this letter in the Water Log if Little Lily will visit for two nights. Space is provided to fill in the selected nights.
Little Lily Family Letter 2 Night Visit: Include this letter in the Water Log if Little Lily will visit for two nights. Space is provided to fill in the selected nights.
Little Lily Family Letter Monday to Thursday Visit: Include this letter in the Water Log if Little Lily will visit from Monday to Thursday.
Reminder to Return Little Lily: If Little Lily's visit with a family runs longer than scheduled, here is a sample letter you can send to remind the family it is time for her to return.
