Planning an Event in ACC Parks

The ACC Leisure Services Department makes its parks and facilities available to organizers who wish to hold special events, such as festivals, races, tournaments, and other large gatherings open to the public.

If you are interested in holding a special event in one of our parks, please determine if you will be hosting a special event.  If so, complete the Special Event Application below. Applications are reviewed within 2 weeks of application.

Impact Fees:
An impact fee will be incurred for events that extend beyond a normal rental and creates above normal impact for a park. This fee is based on additional staffing needs, event attendance, parking, duration of the event, and other factors.
