Memorial Park Shelter Policies


Rental fees are due at the time the reservation is made. No facility reservation will be considered confirmed until complete payment is received and a valid rental agreement is completed.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests can be made up to 30 days prior to the reservation date. Renters requesting to cancel prior to the thirty day deadline may request a refund (less a 25% administration handling fee). If an event / rental must be rescheduled due to inclement weather at the park, the renter will be given a rain check voucher that must be submitted at the time of rescheduling. Failure to produce the voucher will result in loss of credit. With a voucher, encumbered fees may be transferred for use at any Leisure Services Department facility pending availability.

No refunds will be given if the reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to the reservation date. For more information on these policies, contact Memorial Park at 706-613-3580.
