Project Summary
This project seeks to convert an abandoned and historic passenger rail line along Pulaski Creek into a public park and/or Greenway path. The Pulaski Creek Greenway and Park is planned to link the Boulevard Historic District, Pulaski Heights neighborhood, Athens Housing Authority apartments, Bethel Church Homes, Denny Towers, and Athens Community Council on Aging with the Lyndon House Arts Center, Thomas Lay Park, and North Oconee River Greenway.
